SendtoNews Expands Exclusive Distribution Agreement with MLBAM
December 3, 2015 – New York, NY – SendtoNews is pleased to announce that it has expanded its multi-faceted, multi-year agreement with MLB Advanced Media, LP (“MLBAM”) to include exclusive distribution of local media specific syndication of Major League Baseball (“MLB”) and Minor League Baseball (“MiLB”) short-form digital video content beginning in 2016.
As per the agreement’s terms for 2016-2018, SendtoNews will have exclusive distribution rights for the digital syndication of MLB game highlights, interviews, top plays and other MLB-related video to local news websites throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, the syndication agreement also includes archived content, long-form original programming and global rights for the distribution of MiLB short-form digital video content.
